The food at the restaurant was really good. The staff provided excellent service. Their attentiveness. I found unexpected luxuries in the room..

quality ingredient helpful staff modern touch
The food was delicious. I enjoyed the quality ingredients plus plenty of choice. The staff was super lovely and helpful. They had modern touches sensitive to the period of the hotel.

small room wardrobe bathroom
the breakfast was fantastic with an excellent selection.
the room was located in a separate building. it felt quite cramped. the en suite bathroom looked like it was in a wardrobe, with doors that restricted movement when open. i also found a long dark hair in the shower cubicle.

a few issues
dark hair loud cleaners
i had some problems. our room, a superior twin room, was not as clean i expected. there was a dark hair in the shower. a window was banging all night, i could not sleep well. cleaners were very loud outside our room early morning. the staff was not helpful when i complained.

The room had a coffee machine and tea. Two bottles of fresh water were provided daily.
I was looking forward to my meal. the tables were not appropriately positioned. The sanitiser reminded me of water.
